We have turned away from our addictions, our affliction, and the things that once defined us.
We have been granted freedom in our recovery.

We are joyfully learning to live out our true identity.
We are honest, humble, and grateful. 
We are walking out of generational poverty and journeying into joyful equity.

Having once known darkness we appreciate the light.

ONEsource is a transformational ministry that restores God's people to abundance in Christ, Connection, and Career.

Our Strategy

  5. Keep coming back to to train, inspire, and disciple new cohorts. ​ ​

Our Schedule

  • Weeks 1-7
    • Spiritual Discovery Journey
    • Introduction to the Life Model
  • ​Weeks 8 & 9
    • ​Identity and Flourishing Plan led by Dr. Brent Fessler, CEO of Integreaters
  • ​Weeks 10-12
    • ​Completion of identity and character development through spiritual transformation
    • Continuing education and job training program completion
    • Career placement with ongoing support

Key Objectives

  2. Develop God centered habits to build strong spiritual foundation
  3. Learn to ask deep questions of faith and engage with God to find the answers
  4. Find and develop a mission and purpose for your life
  5. Learn to Thrive in life as an overcomer, not just a Survivor
