Part of the 12-week ONEsource journey involves a deepening of our spiritual life as a path to inner peace and transformation. We believe that as we grow in our understanding of and relationship with God, the more we are able escape our patterns of selfishness and the more we experience the joy and peace that only God can give.

The ONEsource Discovery Journey involves a spiritual retreat designed to help you hear and know God, daily coaching and prayer calls, and weekly group meetings to encourage the soul.

Each component of the program contains group and individual practices that allow participants to engage seeing, knowing and acting from connection to God. Seeing, knowing, and acting are foundational for the purpose of corporate joyful equity. For example: We see ourselves from God’s perspective. Knowing who we are and what God says, we act from what God is doing in the world around us.
 
Discovery Journey Structure 
 
Weeks 1-6:
  • Hearing God, Forgiveness, Ages & Stages of Growth (KNOW)
  • Understanding Maturity Gaps, Out of the Box, Counting the Cost & Recognizing the Deeper Addiction (SEE)
  • Fun together time each day. 
  • Weekly virtual calls with Hearing God Coaching around the 8 beatitudes/ 9 Steps
  • Personal coaching and prayer appointments (can be virtual)
  • Planning With God, Trust and Designing Personal Prayer Tools (ACT)
 
  • Weeks 6-12: While maintaining our Growth Plan from above, we will undertake an intensive, 6-week journey- study/workshop- through the 8 beatitudes, as taught by Jesus. These Kingdom operating principles are the undisputed derivation of AA’s 12 Steps, the first 9 of them to be precise.
 
Every community member who completes this process will also be invited back to take new cohorts through the ONEsource Discovery Journey. We define success as a well-contented community member, who is most appreciated for his/her high moral character and reliability.
