CORE Classroom Training and Certification
Instruction provided by National Center for Construction Education and Research certified staff
Each student must have their GED or High School diploma before starting the CORE curriculum (ONESource will provide tutoring and access to education resources for participants needing these requirements).
Core Curriculum- this first and most critical initial course teaches worker safety {#1 corporate requirement}, basic construction math, hand tools, and more.
Aptitude Survey Course- Following Core will be a two-week course to test aptitudes, in order to assess the best long-term working solutions.
Upon graduating the 6 weeks of Core and Aptitude Survey courses, students will:
Receive their official Certificate of Completion from The National Center of Construction Education and Research, and an on the job position in their selected field, with one of our exceptional corporate partners.
Students will receive their wallet -size card upon completion of CORE from The National Center for Construction Education and Research
Following successful completion of CORE curriculum, participants will be referred to the best-suited trade school to meet their desired program track.
On the Job Training and Career Placement for all graduates is integrated into the ONEsource threefold solution.
High skilled trade fields include: Electrical, Welding, Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Pipe Fitting, Robotics, and many more.
